Yeah, Ukyou had managed to stumble across somebody not from 'round the place. This girl had decided to come to the Nekohanten for any number of reasons: they heard about how good the food is; they wanted to get away from their usual day to day lives; or they just stumbled across it by accident.
Nevertheless, they probably didn't expect to get a face full of extremely powerful aphrodisiac. Or to find themselves locking eyes with the owner of one of the Nekohanten's biggest rivals.
But now it's happened, and now Ukyou has found herself hopelessly in lust with...
