She listened for her father's footsteps, picking up a reciever, or any sound that might indicate he was on to them. Still, she had difficulty keeping her attention away from what her sister was doing. Her master, whatever he's become, needs them now.
"Mrs. Cheeze-Tit, hello?" the mousewife asked nervously..
Nabiki's eyes twisted back and forth, much like her emotional state. Footsteps, but they were heading to the front door...
"I don't know if we can get outside, you just have to pass a message to my master Sextome Ranma..."
*click*
The door, their father left! Turning slightly to give her sister a thumbs-up, she moved out into the hall. Silently, she slinked downstairs, accross the home, and to a window. A whistling from outside moving away from the house. Opening the window, Nabiki slinked outside, and spotted her father talking to two men, one with a mustache, the other with a goatee.
Quickly, she jumped to the roof of the ranch-house, and lightly treaded to her sister's room. "To hell with the Help-Line," she thought, "we can find him ourselves."
Inside the room, Kasumi was getting nervous, "Okay, I'll try to get.. huh?" Finally, she had a reason to smile, Nabiki was waving from outside the window. Turning back to the phone, "Okay, I can get out. The town of ButtonJewel, yes ma'am."
In a whisk, Kasumi opend the window, "Nabiki, what are you... Oh my!"
The Mousewife found herself roof-hopping in the arms of her feline sister, and she didn't know if it was just scary... Or... If she was happy Nabiki had finally done something other than cry...
