"Palpatine has enough savvy to adapt his plans," noted Celeste. Besides, the Klingons would make a good incentive for people to accept it. That would make it far less likely that any of the human core worlds would come out heavily opposed to it."
"So basically, we end up with a Galactic Empire with a practically homogeneous human population facing of against both the Klingon Empire and a generally alien Rebellion.
Celeste turned to a different screen. "In any case, that's another four score years down the road. Shall we see how the changes have altered the situation with regard to Akane's labour?"
