Genma shifted from panda to human and then settled into a halfway state. Two tubes extended from his body. One brought sustenence and nanoprobes into his body. The other took materials away from his body. As the substances worked, Genma changed.
He lost his manhood immediately, the flesh caving in and realigning quickly.
