The wizard smiled as he saw Ranma-cahn's choice and adreesed the new superhero.
"Well, there's something that was a real good choice for you. You are now the world's migtiest maid."
Ranma-chan looked at the wizard and said, "I thought I was already."
The wizard shook his head. "That is how Captain Marvel is described. The world's mightiest mortal. You now have the same powers as he does, but you have a differennt source."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"SHAZAM!" the wizard said.
A bolt of lighting appeared in the middle of the store and a section of the store had its items vanish to reveal the stone wall behind them. On the wall was writing.
Sekmeht-Stregth(Egyptian) Hathor-Grace(Egyptian) Athena-Wisdom(Greek) Zephyr-Speed(Greek) Artemis-Skill(Greek) Mordon-Power(Celtic)
The wizard explained. "You get power from theese six dieties. When you say the word 'Shazam' you transform into or out of your heroic identity."
"My heroic identity?" Ranma-chan asked.
"Hmmm. Ranma Marvel? No." The wizard mused, as he cocked his head. "Ranko Marvel? Doesn't have that ring to it. Lady Marvel has already been taken. I know. Maid Marvel."
Ranma-chan said, "Shazam!"
A flash of lighting an she was back in her ordinary clothes.
"I guess I should no longer call myself Ranma then. Ranko will do."
The wizard nodded as he watched Ranko leave. He sat back in his chair an waited.
"Soon, something will come up that will force Ranko to go hero. Balance has to be maintained and all that."
Soon a potential villian to fight Ranma came into the store.
