Kuno watched, enraged as his family manse seemed to shrink and fade before his eyes until it was no larger than perhaps half the size of the Tendo estate.
"Curse you, Saotome!" Kuno declared. Strangely enough, he was right in his thoughts this time, though he had the wrong Saotome in mind. "This is your doing somehow!! Just wait! I'll..."
Kuno paused mid rant, blinked and then continued.
"You foul man! A curse upon the status of Samurai!" he shouted. "Abusing your station and resources to bewitch the lovely pig-tailed girl and Akane Tendo! Surely heaven shall show where its favor truly lies when I have defeated your pompous aristocratic hide..."
There was only so much possible in changing the mind of Kuno Tatewaki.

"Hmm," Nodoka said, failing to notice as the Saotome home grew to the mansion size that the Kuno estate had held. "Now, about Kodachi. What to do, what to do? Ah ha! I have it!"
In this "game" she'd just given the Saotome clan much in the way of business and money and Ranma was given an important place in the upper, family, echelons of their business. He'd need an able(-bodied) assistant to help manage his business affairs and still keep up his martial arts.
"Oh!" Nodoka said. "Why not two assistants?"

Kodachi blinked, everything seemed to be getting somewhat fuzzy around her. Now why was tha...
As she was stumbling about and squinting her eyes she began to feel a little constricted about the chest and hips.
"Oh!" she gasped for a moment before, somehow, her garment adjusted to allow for the larger chest and hip size.
That's when the mental changes hit and she remembered...
"Oh my!" Kodachi gasped and she paused and stepped off the mat. What a silly goose she was being today. First she forgets her contacts before going to do her gymnastics (very dangerous Kodachi, girl) and then she lets time fly unheeded. She would be late if she did not hurry!
Pretty soon Kodachi, her normal, preferred (and very cute) glasses upon her face was rushing as fast as she could to her job as Ranma-sama's personal secretary. (and mistress) The uniform she was wearing was a very tight and short variation of the usual office lady uniform.
All in all she looked the very part of the sexy-secretary.

Meanwhile, in the Tendo bathroom, Nabiki was hit with the same changes, but barely noticed it...except for the annoyance that she wasn't wearing her glasses in the bathroom and thus had to squint to get a good luck at her studly boss and lover.
