Ranma looked oddly at the hyperactive and slightly insane blonde girl in front of him.
"Look, I've never heard of a city called 'F', so I think ya can guess yer not there."
"Oh, no!" Excel started panicking. "Please mister whoever-you-are, you need to help Excel get back! Excel was babbling to Lord Ilpalazzo, as usual, and he pulled the rope and dropped Excel into the pit, but instead of water and some type of creature, there was this weird glowy swirly thing like the Great Will of the Macrocosm's retarded cousin, and Excel fell into it, and the next thing she knew, she was here, wherever 'here' is because you still haven't told her!"
Ranma had long since given up trying to understand why things happened in his life, and was looking up, where he could see there was a glowing spiral-portal on the ceiling. Ranma tried to jump into the portal, only to be hurled out of it. "Well, the portal seems to be one way, but if 'F' is in Japan ya should be able ta find it." Suddenly, the portal's swirling sped up and something else fell through.
