The form twisted beneath the sheets, seeking that last little bit of sleep that eluded him. He rolled his head over and stared bleary eyed at the clock that told him that it was time to wake up. Loathe to pull himself from his comfy sleep, he none the less knew that it would be best if he did not sleep in.

Because having tasted Misato's 'cusine' before, Shinji had no wish to do so ever again. He might pilot a giant biological robot against strange and powerful foes for an incaring father, but he could keep from eating what the NERV officer called 'food'.

Still, he didn't mind cooking so much, especially for that reason. It was easy, not only to make, but to satisfy the purple haired woman's appetite. Besides, he knew that he wasn't too bad at it.
