Maho Hentai Shinji: Love Potion #9 [Episode 28405]

Shinji gulped as he realized that the potion might have worked after all.

Of course, it had come from the Hentainomicon, so a chaste pure "worship from afar" or a parental love was not on the list - but there were other kinds of love and several potions to accomplish the goal. This particular one was:

• the black sludge of the Love Potion 69 the parts of her brain that store the "ideal mate" qualities were erased and the new template forms on Shinji.
• it's the reddish "Love Potion #19". Misato lusts, loves, adores, and practically worships Shinji.
• it's the golden "Love Potion #21" - it'll wear off eventually and Misato won't remember a thing afterwards. Until then though, she won't rest until she's gotten him to give her a long ecchi scene.
• the dark-gold of the "Potion of Lust". While she'll still act normal, Misato will find herself alternately lusting for Shinji and wanting to do tender affectionate things to him.
• the "Gypsy Love Potion #4". Misato is not only mentally transformed into Shinji's loveslave, there's a physical transformation involved.
• something else
