It is perhaps an echo of what the Arthurian mythos state, but the passage at the end of Scroll LUN04-24 had puzzled the translators until the recent appearance of the "Sailor Senshi" in the Juuban district of Tokyo Japan.
As the Sailors and the Prince Of Earth were sent forward on the Great Spiral, so too would be the King.From Future to Past to Present. When the need has come, so too shall the King come once again.
Here then is Ranma Of The Silver Kingdom, King and Warrior. Though soon he dies, Born & Reborn shall eliminate Paradox and bring forth a new Golden Age Of Peace & Prosperity.
So it has been written, So it shall be.
With the "rebirth" of the Sailor Senshi, as revealed in the interview in the Globe of Sailor V, it is expected that someone will either claim the mantle or literally be reincarnated as King Ranma.
Setsuna felt dizzy. Ranma had gone back in time due to the Paradox storm and somehow forged this kingdom. She fingered her apron and fretted. What had happened to Crystal Tokyo if this Ranma was going to take over Usagi's position?
