PokeGirls (GD): Awakened [Episode 28462]

by Targhan

Walking back to the camp, with Asrial in tow, Ranma was surprised to see the other tamer Jeremy still there. "Hiya," Ranma called out to him and the pokegirls around the encampment.

"Dinner is almost ready," Kasumi notified the group, "I made enough for everyone!" Kasumi was happy to be back with her master again, but she still couldn't help but having an odd sensation in the back of her mind. What was it?

"So," Asrial began, "The royal starfleet dispatched someone to find me?"

"That-is-correct-your-highness," responded the drone.

Turning to Ranma, Asrial comforted him, "Well, I'll just send them back for parts! When I get my ship repaired--we can all go to my homeworld!"

Ranma let out a nervous sweatdrop when Sheila commented, "Then we'll get to see a royal wedding?"

The martial artist stuck in the pokegirl world wanted to make a comment, as this topic really embarrased both he and the alien girl, whom he just confessed his feeling too. Yet, Kasumi had a nervous look on her face...

By the time Kasumi began to shake, Ranma was there comforting her. All concern about some Alien task force was put to the side, as Ranma pulled Kasumi close, "What's wrong 'neecha.. Kasumi?"

No-one caught Ranma's slip, the tense air just drowned little mistakes out. All eyes were on Kasumi when she whispered, "Kiima is alive..."

Ranma looked as baffled as ever, until Nabiki spoke up, "Well now, things are about to become interesting."

"What?" Ranma queried.

"Master," Nabiki began, "that was one of 'your' favorites. She was living proof that you could evolve a better PokeGirl than your father could 'create' with illegal pokeballs. She was probably the best fighter of all of us... At the time of the incident, your pokeballs were mixed up..." Nabiki eventually rambled off into silence, and slipped into the embrace with Kasumi and Ranma.

Kasumi was scared, not because she feared the Kiima. No, she feared what Kiima would start. Unlike the other pokegirls, Kiima had a grudge against her father. Kasumi didn't like her father's ways, she didn't want to be around her father, but she didn't want Kiima to kill him. Kasumi also didn't know how Ranma's "phoenix," or FireMaiden with several enhancements, would take to the change...

Somewhere Else...

The Amazonchan evolved into a FireMaiden looked at her charred, dirty, and broken pokeball, "I thought I would never get out of that damned thing. Soun, you bastard, you will pay for what you did to my master. Ranma, baby, you hang on. Kiima's coming, and we're going to teach that rat-faced bastard a lesson."

Unlike the other pokegirls, Kiima was acquired by Ranma Sextome from the wild when she was a young , and sickly, Amazonchan. She had been evolved into a Firemaiden, and had several 'enhancements' through training and special items picked up by her master. Soun had betrayed her master several times, and the whole thing with Sexffron smelled like something he would pull. First, she would have to find her master...

Firemaiden The fiery belle. Type: Very Near Human

Element: Fire/Fighting

Frequency: Rare, though less so in Alliance territory. There also exists a Firemaiden colony in the Dark Continent allied to the Goths of Sanctuary.

Diet: Human standard, though heavy on "hot" spices like pepper. Kimch'i and jalapeno peppers are considered favored snacks for Firemaidens.

Role: Shock assault trooper

Strong Against: Plants, Ice, Normal

Weak Against: Water, Rock, Wind

Libido: Average to High (depending on genetic ancestry or breed type if the Firemaiden is evolved from another Pokegirl breed)

Attacks: Firestorm (a huge ball of Fire), Flame Sniper (thin, condensed arrows of flame), Firewind (a tornado of flame and wind), Fire Scythe (creating a scythe of hot flame to cut through something), Flame Sword (a katana of hot plasma, the advanced version of a Fire Scythe).

Enhancements: Resistant to high heat, though can control herself when being Tamed. Body constantly produces a low heat field.

Evolves: Ditto (via a special Evolutional Stone); this evolution is a "reward" meant only for those Firemaidens allied to the World Alliance of Pokegirl Leagues. Some Firemaidens, those who make it to Sanctuary, can often choose to be evolved into a Sanctuary Goth.

Evolves From: Any Fire or Fighting-type Pokegirl when Tamed by a Tamer possessing Vixxen or Growlie ancestry or a Fire-based Blood Gift/Curse.

History:

Firemaidens first appeared around PS 90 when the first Fire, Blood Gifted Tamers began to breed with various Fire, or Fighting-type Pokegirl breeds. They remained a popular Fighting breed right up to Mao's Rebellion. Though some Firemaidens were subverted by Mao's forces Against their Tamers and humanity in general, many others, most of them being affiliated to the leagues which later joined forces to create the World Alliance of Pokegirl Leagues, stayed with their Tamers.

After the Pine Ridge Massacre, Vince McMahon, then a Harem Master of the Capital League, gathered dozens of Firemaidens together in a strike force to clear out Mao's allies in League territory, they operating under the tactical command of Vince's wife, a Sanctuary Goth named Linda Vachon.

In a deliberate reversal of normal league policy when it came to rogue Pokegirls (the "shoot-on-sight" policy that saw thousands needlessly killed by paranoid humans), the Alliance Firemaidens subdued Mao's errant fighters, captured them and brought them before McMahon. Then, in what is hailed today as the "Stamford Taming Orgy," the rogues were restored to a "normal” state of mind, free of Mao's influence.

McMahon's role in that mass-capture won him the unofficial title "Grand Harem Master" and helped propel him into the forefront of League leaders. Using his fame, McMahon later convinced the leaders of other small leagues to join forces with him, thus creating the World Alliance of Pokegirl Leagues in PS 265. After Mao's Rebellion, Firemaidens all but disappeared from the scopes of wandering Tamers, though beginning in PS 295, the Indigo League started a distinct Firemaiden breeding program. Many believe that the heroines of the Stamford Orgy, they feeling angry and disgusted at human treatment of Pokegirls in the wake of the Rebellion, cut themselves off from human contact and retreated to secluded colonies shielded by the World Alliance. In truth, many of those Firemaidens were evolved into Dittos and, in a radical project, which remains top-secret, allowed to assume female pureblood human form to become Tamers themselves! The Sanctuary Goths relocated others to the Dark Continent. They formed their own colony, Bright Light, in PS 265, in what used to be called the Kalahari Desert.

Unique Aspects:

To the end, Firemaidens are shapely women possessing flame-red hair and bright-colored eyes. Save for their hair and eyeshade, plus their love of "hot" food, there is nothing that marks the difference between a Firemaiden and a pureblood woman unless she uses her powers. When calling on their powers, a Flame Aura forms around the Firemaiden. The Aura heats up the air around the Firemaiden, thus serving as a quasi-shield against weak Water-based attacks. Unlike some other Fire-based Pokegirl breeds, Firemaidens can call on their powers in the blink of an eye; they don't need to keep something aflame to act as a "trigger" to activate their powers.

Firemaidens are quite loyal and protective concerning their Tamer and their Tamer's friends. Since Firemaidens often arise via evolution from other Pokegirl breeds these days, their often hang onto whatever social or physical aspect their pre-evolution selves might have possessed (i.e. a Vixxen's high sexual drive, a Growlie's loyalty, an Amazonchan's Fighting skills, a Tomboy's strength, etc, etc).

Ranma looked over at Jeremy, "how can pokegirls tell these things?"
