They'd come as a group, and they had chosen uniforms that were color coded.
Maid outfits. Not that these were fetish costumes. This didn't make Haruka any happier, but they actually had more skirt and skin coverage than their Senshi uniforms.
Blue for Ami, dark purple for Hotaru, and so on.
Haruka hadn't been happy at all with this, but had gone along with it because everyone else was and because Michiru looked darn good in that outfit.
As there had been another group of maids up ahead, and a prize for best costume mentioned, Rei came up with an idea based on a manga and drew "vents" on everyone's arms (except for Mamoru (who bailed when his beeper went off) and Ranma (James Bond doesn't have vents))
The other group apparently noticed and did the same thing.
Then came Nehelenia's spell.
This was quickly followed by three shots from a Walther PPK snapping her head back. Followed by a Mouko Takabisha. Followed by a volley from several outraged masqueraders who had now-functional distance weapons and the like.
Ranma found he was now an international superspy who could turn on the suave.
