The first girl would not normally follow this group around, however, they had come to see her father for help and guidance, and she found herself roped into this adventure. She was Britanny'Gia Elin Diggers, a tall female werecheetah, currently in hybrid form. She was at the back of the group, looking rather annoyed. Tapping the shoulder of a blonde-haired woman, she asked, "Hey Asrial, why did I have to come along for this?"
The second girl, Asrial Salusia, looked over her shoulder. She looked like a normal human girl her age for the most part. Blonde haired, blue-eyed, fair skinned... However, the two skunk ears on the top of her head stuck out a bit. She sighed as she looked at her sometimes-good friend Britanny, "It wasn't my idea. Mimi was the one that wanted to go see your father for advice on something she felt... As for why we're here, I'm not sure." Blinking, she asked, "I just want to know why Ichikoo came along."
Turning her head towards, Asrial, the third girl, Ichikoo, kept silent for a moment. She was a rather 'cute' Japanese girl with blue eyes, long blackhair, and wearing a school sailor-uniform. Quite a cover for one who was really one of the best kunoichi of her time. "Because, with Dr. Diggers's help, Mimi was able to trace the disturbance to Japan. And better I deal with it first, than let Lendo and his Rivalson Corporation find out about it first, and use it to their own ends."
The fourth and final girl in the group, the witch, Mimi Masters, held out her hand before her. She had red hair and wore glasses over her green eyes. The black dress she wore was similar to what would see a nun wear, with a black cape with red lining to accentuate it. More importantly however was what was between her hands. It was a floating crystal that was emmitting a faint pink aura that got larger as they walked.
Sitting on Mimi's shoulder was a small tan-furred and brown-spotted cat. He was Mimi's familiar, Aloysius. Looking over to his 'master', he asked, "Hey Mimi. Are you sure this is the way to that 'chaotic energy flux' you were talking about?"
"Of course." Mimi answered. "The chaotic energies were very easy to read, which makes me embarassed that I never noticed them before. However, I'm surprised that this energy has moved around so much. Thankfully, with this tracking crystal, we should find it soon."
"I hope so." Asrial said. "I thought this was going to be another adventure to past the time, and give me a chance to test some new weapons... But so far, all we've done is... Well... We've just been walking!"
"Yeah." Britanny agreed. "I still can't believe I got dragged into this, and this is turning into a rather boring quest FAST!" The werecheetah huffed. She wanted to spend time with her husband today. Instead her father gave ger the order to go along with the Quagmire Crew to see what could possibly be radiating so much chaos.
After another good ten minutes of walking, Mimi stopped. The crystal was almost glowing at it's maximum potency. She moved the ball around a bit to see if it got stronger in any particular direction. The crystal only became brighter when she pointed it at the door of the building they had stopped outside of. "Okay, I think I've found the current location. It's inside this building."
Britanny looked up at the sign and the drapes over the top of the door-frame. She couldn't read Japanese worth a damn. "What the heck does it say?"
"It says 'Nekohanten'." Ichikoo answered. "Translated to English, it could be translated as 'Cat House', but I'm guessing in this case, it is to mean, 'Cat Cafe'."
Asrial nodded her head. "Maybe it stopped for lunch?"
"If it did, it's smart." Britanny said. "I could use a bit of food myself. I hope they have tuna here..."
Looking over at Asrial and Britanny, Mimi asked, "The possible fate of world is at risk with the potential of such a chaotic factor, and you two are more concerned about lunch?"
"Yes." Asrial and Britanny answered at the same time. Mimi just sighed in disgust.
Ichikoo shook her head. "Whatever. Can we just get on with this? I would feel more at ease once we find out what is causing such a disturbance."
Nodding her head, Mimi said, "I agree. Now someone please open the door."
Aloysius shrugged his kitty shoulders. "Don't look at me."
It was then that Ichikoo did as Mimi requested...
And all four girls, and cat were hit with a large cloud of white dust.
"COUGH! HACK! Damn, did a vaccuum cleaner explode, or what?" Britanny asked, trying to wave the dust from her face.
Amidst the coughing of the four women, the only one unaffected was Aloysius, (as Lust Dust only affected those of 'human' anatomy). However, he was still slightly affected, as being a magical creature, his body was more accepting of such potions and concoctions. So while he felt ever so slightly aroused, he could control it.
Shaking his head a few times to clear it, Aloysius blinked his eyes and smelled the air. "Wait a minute... Why is this so familiar to me?" He sniffed the air again, and winced, fighting down the sudden onslaught of lust that slapped him. His eyes widened upon recognition hit him. "Oh shit. This is what Serena was making a few months back. This is Lust Dust! Girls we have to get out of here!"
The girls stood where they were, just staring.
"Uh... Girls?" Aloysius asked again. Turning to where the girls were staring, Aloysius saw a Japanese guy with his hair in a pigtail and wearing Chinese clothing stare towards the girls. The girls were staring at the boy, the boy was staring at the girls. Aloysius could only say one thing about the situation...
"Aw hell..."
