Quite a few of them actually.
The Great Smooching War (or Invasion Of The Dragon Smoochers if you preferred) had left a few changes.
Dragons, as stated earlier, were fairly impulsive and emotional creatures - they were elemental after all. A dragon could rage like the fiercest storm, or be gentle as the mist on a flower. A fierce conflagration at times, or smouldering passion.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Uranus and Neptune proclaimed as they ran with Sailor Moon. They were aware of most of the rest of the Senshi getting turned into monsters and pursuing them.
The rest of the Senshi were in pursuit because this was all sort of neat and running away from a predator kind of got that predator's attention.
Kodachi, the Black Dragon, was feeling perfectly content and was sharing the pond with Mister Green Turtle.
Ukyo had discovered she was a Shen Lung - a spirit dragon. After considerable thought about this, she added the Dragonfire Okonomiyaki to her menu.
Shampoo-ryu smooched Cologne. Cologne complained about the need to rebuild part of the Nekohanten and began using her magical abilities to do so. As she was a T'ien Lung or Celestial Dragon, she also added a few draconic specialties to the menu.
Mousse saw the evil dragon and immediately attacked, swearing to destroy the evil beast. Shampoo tripped and sat on Mousse in reply.
Yuka and Sayuri were now identical twin faerie dragons, and wondering about this incredibly strong desire to pull pranks on people.
Miyo had been smooched by an exuberant Ukyo, had proclaimed it "most ominous" as she changed into a crystal dragon, and had flown off to go buzz the Tokyo Tower because "it needed to be done."
Rei had fled with the others, tripped, and gotten smooched by Hotaru. Rei was now a red dragon and had oriented on Usagi as someone she had to share this with.
Honey Kisaragi darted in and out of the clouds, jetting blasts of flame, and grinned at the thought of what a surprise Panther Zora's troops were in for.
Ranma was hiding.
