A Master PC type program in the hands of someone who did not know what they were doing and had no concept of restraint could be a very scary thing. Had someone like Brock found the program, every cute girl he'd ever met would have become his harem-girl loveslave within minutes, simply because he was unable to show restraint.
However, Ash was many things, but "perverted" wasn't even close to making it on that list. When it came to girls, his wildest fantasies were pretty tame, some would even say lame. So, although he believed the program to be simply editing a file, and not reality, all Ash wanted to do to Sim-Misty was make her less of a tomboy and treat him nicer. He knew she could be awefully cute when she tried, so he tweaked the program to make her want to do that and it applied the changes with precision logic.
Of course, as always, the Law of Unintended Consequences, was in effect. Fortunately as was using a menu and dialog box driven interface rather than a G.I.G.O. bug-ridden language parser, so things were not as twisted as they may have been.
Misty stumbled into the lady's room. She had just had funny turn and hoped that the dizzy spell and hoped she wasn't coming down with anything. But, no, a check of her face in the mirror showed that she was looking fine. Damned fine, if she did think so herself.
Misty frowned as, despite her last observation, there seemed to be something wrong with her ussual tomboy style. Perhaps it was simply time for a change.
Undoing her topknot she brushed her orange hair out. It had grown surprisingly long and lustrous and Misty was quite pleased to note that she would nolonger have to wear a wig to compete with her sensual sisters. However there was still something missing. Misty puzzled over it for a moment, before smiling and reaching for her makeup case. She normally kept it handy just for special occassions but she felt she'd be wearing it a lot more often.
It was time to compete with the big girls and Misty wasn't going into that arena unarmed. She had what it took.
"Wow, Misty, look at you," she told her mirror. "Girl, you look pretty ... pretty hot that is. I wonder if Ash will notice?"
Where had that thought come from? she wondered, and why do I want to touch myself when I think about him? Ash was a lovable idiot but she seemed to be thinking of him in a whole new light. When had she fallen for the sweet fool? It seemed to have happened quite suddenly, but, she shrugged, he must have just grown on her, the addorable little wart.
She sighed. Ash really was a sweetheart. True, he was a bumbling idiot, but he meant well and he could be adorably cute at times. He just needed a good woman to take care of him and Misty had just the person in mind. Herself, of course.
"Trouble is," she told herself, "poor Ash just thinks of me as a girl who is his friend. He probably isn't ready to see me as a girl-friend. Hmm. But that doesn't mean you can't try to change his mind, does it now?"
