Nabiki had just opened the door, taken one look, and pictures were being taken.

Akane rolled over on her bed, baring her... full technicolor self. Nabiki took up the invitation.

Akane was asleep, exhausted, and obviously sated.

"Bwee? BWEEE?!" bounce. "BWEE?!" spurt-thud
Having watched a concerned P-chan jump up onto the bed, only to land in between Akane's thighs and notice her lack of clothing and moist condition, followed by a nosebleed and fainting, Nabiki got several shots of that from several angles.
whirrr-klik. whirrr-klik. whirrr-klik
"Oh MY!" Kasumi stopped at the door and her comment about the smell completely went out the window as she took in the scene. thud
Nabiki shrugged. whirrr-klik. Might as well get photos of a fainted Kasumi in the doorway too. whirrr-klik
Akane rested. Not nearly as violent as she usually was in bed. No doubt too tired for that sort of thing.

"...shampoo-chan..." Akane muttered in her sleep.
That was enough to make Nabiki want to faint, but she settled for leaving. These shots might be too much. Kuno could have a heart attack before he'd even paid for them.
Being a nice sister though, she covered Akane with a sheet before leaving and nestled P-chan in her arms. whirrr-klik a more warm-and-fuzzy shot this one. Though Kuno might still pay some heavy yen for it.
