Albert Einstein played with his yoyo as a young man wearing feminine lingerie and a bandana rolled by him atop a scattering of round yellow jawbreaker candies screaming something about it being the fault of someone named Ranma. He blinked a couple of times and wondered aloud if perhaps he had been working too hard lately.
Ryouga rolled past the Restaurant At The End Of The Universe and ended up watching the universe end. "RANMA! BECAUSE OF YOU I HAVE SEEN THE END OF THE UNIVERSE!"
The Universe ended. It was cold and dark for a moment.
Boom
There was the mother of all explosions. Literally and figuratively. This was a big mother.
"Hmmm," said the still watching Albert Einstein. "So the Steady Bang theory is correct. After the last bit of the universe (excluding the Restaurant, this stone, my dreaming self, and that boy rolling through the car park) is sucked into the ultramassive black hole - it reaches a critical mass and re-explodes outward and recreates the universe."
"Or at least a universe," said a passing coyote.
"Quite so," agreed Einstein. "Oh, the boy has finally come to an end to his travel."
"By being run over by a '56 Studebaker," agreed the coyote. "Well, it's a Hibiki so he's not hurt."
Ryouga sat on the ground dazed as the owner of the Last Car In The Universe (or First as the universe had restarted) came around to check on him. It was -
