"How is the mirror broken? I don't see anything," said the very curious Nabiki.
"Standard Aleph-class scrying mirror, serves as a focus for clairvoyant abilities," absent-mindedly answered Skuld. "Can see through illusions, look at things at a distance, that sort of thing. Hmmmm. Well, sorry, the problem isn't in the mirror."
"Oh come on," said the skeptical Nabiki.
"Where is the problem then?" Michiru asked of this girl.
"Almost all magical scrying and many magical powers are being altered right now," said Skuld. "It's some kind of interference problem."
Ranma nodded and restored himself to male. "What the HECK?!"
Everyone looked over at where Ranma had indeed restored himself to the male gender. The different thing about it had been that his clothes had changed.
"It's the interference pattern, it's getting worse," explained Skuld. "Miss Kaioh. I mean, Mrs Saotome - don't throw any Deep Submerges for awhile if you can help it. I've got to track down the source of the interference and shut it down first."
This brought everyone's attention momentarily away from the fact that Ranma was wearing:
