Haruka, no last name, watched for a few moments. "You training for a reason?"
Ranma nodded. Fortunately his memories as "Ash" provided him a reason. "Yeah. As your responsible party (Handler sounded kinky) I've got to be able to keep you in line."
Haruka gave up on filing her nails, she was a tomboy and happier with an androgynous look but that wasn't possible after she'd been caught trying to pass as a magical boy. Part of the conditioning from the collar had her dressing and using makeup and acting more feminine as a result of her masquerade. "Look, you'll be getting this Michiru chick tomorrow per the agreement. You'll take care of us, we'll take care of you. You'll do the standard job and be part of the Reserve, so you'll come get us and we'll go deal with the Menace Of The Week when and if it shows up."
Ranma remembered that from Ash too. The effect of the magic bombs hadn't just affected humans.
Some, like Rex the Wonder Dog were actually beneficient. The new breed of kittyhawks (cats with functional wings) were becoming popular pets. Others were definitely not so benign.
Worse had been a weakening of the old prison of the Titans. One of whom had escaped.
Uranus sighed and went back to her manicure. She had to look feminine but was more comfortable with a tomboyish look. So she kept her hair cut short, but wanted some earrings or maybe a decorative sleeve for the collar. One of the compromises was her manicure, short enough that she could work or fight with them, long enough to not be masculine, and she liked the yellow tint over something like pink. Likewise her clothes were feminine but functional - short shorts that left her legs bare, boots that laced up tight, and a Yomiuri Giants baseball jersey that was tight enough to show she had a figure. "So I read your dossier and gave approval for you being my Master. Your psych profile indicated you're not one of those weirdoes who'd want me to be on a leash or some garbage. What was left blank was your career track. What are you planning to do as your main job?"
Ranma startled and searched Ash's memories. "Oh, I'm a:"
