Mariko Konjou was not the world's most stable psyche. Heck, she wasn't even among Nerima's most stable individuals.
She had ambushed another salesgirl, broken into the lab, gotten a delivery system that could be applied at a distance, and had decided that she was going to get Akane no matter what it took!
In other words she was about as obsessive as anyone else in Nerima. Might be something in the water.
She lined up her sights, ready to turn that tramp Akane into something that Kuno would hate.
"I mean she didn't look particularly stable, and look at this note. Not only what she wrote but how she wrote it." Nabiki's coils tightened in on herself. "He's taking it pretty badly."
"Akane!" A girl with a big spatula leapt down, doing a fair glow herself. "What's this about you OW!"
Everyone stared at the big dart that had struck Ukyo right in the old gluteous.
"What's happening to miaaaa!"
"Offhand," said Nabiki, noting the frightened look. "You're turning into a cat rabbit girl."
"You're a snake?! Who? What?!" Ukyo fainted.
