Soon after the third word magic smoke came pouring out of the paper and covered the whole room as Ryoga continued reading while Ranma's confused shouts echoed in the background.
Ryoga couldn't belive his luck! A week ago he had run into an old lady somewhere out in the forest and after helping her up and get the woman back to her house with a lot of disscussion on the way he had learned that the seemingly kind old green skined long nosed woman with a wort the size of a baseball was a witch! But what was really great was that for helping her out she had decided to give Ryoga a hand in his troubles by giving him this magical scroll.
The scroll itself was the perfect thing for defeating Ranma, because it would...
