"At least it isn't pink."
Amelia looked at Lina. "What's wrong with the color pink, Miss Lina."
Lina shook her head, before replying. "It's just that the color I was assigned was the color pink. My sister said that I looked like a prostitute while wearing my mage robes."
"That's wrong, Miss Lina."
Lina closed her eyes and said, "Amelia, just call me Lina. Thanks to that void brain, we are sisters in a way. This is our home and where we will stay until our respective masters summon us."
Amelia sniffed a bit and nodded. "I'll try, M- L-Lina. By the way, what are the other powers do we have now? I mean, I've heard tales of genies and..."
Lina sighed, as she wracked her brain. "Let's see. We can become intangible at will. We can fly without the use of a Raywing or Levitation. The clothing we wear is protected against immense heat, since we can take a swim in lava and not get burned. Our magical capacity and reserves have been doubled. Since we our bound at the moment, we know where our respective masters are when we are outside. Furthermore, we have a telepathic link with them. Due to how we were changed, we probably have a telepathic link to each other."
Amelia furrowed her brow in concentration. 'Like this, mi- Lina?'
Lina nodded. 'Yes, Amelia. Like this. We also don't need to eat.'
Amelia, shocked, said, "Not eat? But,..."
Lina held up a hand. "We don't need to eat. We can if we want to." Now Amelia, I need to ask a big favor of you."
"What?"
Lina blushed and replied, "I need to learn Resurrection. That goof Gourry is..."
Amelia shook her head. "Miss Lina, I'm a Priestess of Cephied."
"No. You're a genie, as am I," Lina said with disgust. "Under normal circumstances I wouldn't bother, but my new instincts are influencing me. Our loyalties now lie with whoever wears our respective ring and to each other."
Amelia shut her mouth, feeling the truth of her fellow djinn's words.
"Amelia, I told you to call me Lina. Or, if you feel better about it, you can call sister or sis."
"Are you sure about that, L-Lina?"
Lina crossed her arms across her chest and stared up at the roof of their new home. "I'm sure, Ameila. When we are freed, we will probably still have that link to each other."
Amelia's face contorted a bit and she hesitantly said, "Okay, Lina. I'll teach you. But,..."
"Excluding Dragon Slave, Giga Slave, and Ragna Blade, I'll teach you all the spells I know I'm sure you have two or three spells you want to be kept secret, but you should teach me all the spells you know, save those three. We're going to need something to kill the time in here."
Amelia nodded and started outlining the White Magic spell Resurrection.
