Genma and Soun decided to make sure that Ranma is coated by the potion. So they slipped it in the bath water and told Ranma to bath. So Ranma's entire body was coated by the Hai Karate musk, making him a sexy smelling boy. What no one had counted on was the soap. Some how the soap, which was a special blend that Kasumi got in the rare items store, changed the Hai Karate water.
Instead of being a few hours, the musk became part of Ranma. It became one with his sweat glands. The more sweaty Ranma got, the more horny and agressive the women would get. Plus it would only affect sexy, cute and/or attractive women.
And the first women to be affected was...
