Time had rewound and restarted. Things had changed dramatically.
Now in 1978 - the Shizuma Drive had revolutionized society by providing a form of Cold Fusion. That was getting away from the great disaster of 1977 that had destroyed a city, but an environmentally friendly and recyclable power source had severe repercussions throughout society.
Of course, there were those who preyed on society - such folk had existed since the dawn of time and this new timeline put them right in place. With the power available to them through the Shizuma Drive, gigantic machines were certainly possible and war-mecha could be constructed that would have been too big or ungainly in a previous era.
These groups came out of the woodwork with the Shizuma Drive - if this was to be a new era of peace and prosperity - they wanted to be the ones calling the shots.
Big Fire was one such group. Composed of the Unholy Thirteen and a number of minions, each with a power or ability beyond what normal people considered possible.
Enter the Experts Of Justice, an elite Interpol based force of those who could conceivably hold their own against the Unholy Thirteen.
