The Goddess Relief Office which is pretty much the #1 rated Agency as far as benefits go, but there's a problem with that or the Earth Assistance Hotline in that both are only staffed by goddesses. Female divinities. We could maybe get you a learner's permit for the divine part, but you'd be stuck as a girl whenever your shift is on."Ranma winced at that, suddenly picturing himself punching a timeclock and *poof* he's a girl. "What else?"
Botan considered. "There's Enma's Troubleshooting Division. Looking for demons and the like that are causing problems in the mortal realm and blasting them or arresting them. Last I heard he was pretty full up, but I could check."
"Next?" Ranma indicated.
"There's the Djinni Assistance Office(DAO) which is kind of like the Goddess Relief Office. It just uses a different power source and modus operandi. Instead of the Ultimate Force, the DAO uses the Phenomenal Cosmic Power Tap. Depending on whether they need girls or guys at the moment, you could end up in either role. Their costumes tend to be a bit skimpier too."
Ranma considered that one but it sounded like it might be a little ecchi.
"There's one agency that has been known to use mortals, though it has something of a bad rap. That's the Rival Relief Office - troubleshooters that officially aren't part of Heaven or Hell, they tend to be this collection of misfits who scrounge around for things to use in their missions. What they tap into for wish duty is something called the Barely Adequate Force, a probability nudger."
Ranma nodded. Misfits sounded good.
