Thinking that this was that report, Tatewaki Kuno began to read, then scowled, waiting for the detective to get to the point.
There were medicines available in Crystal Tokyo that would not be found in medical science journals for some time. A DMSO-like substance made such chemicals soak through the skin and be carried through the bloodstream quickly. Setsuna had indulged herself slightly in the reports that had ended up in the possession of two Kuno children. It was a pity that the effects were temporary, but they'd at least last long enough to make an impression.
Ignoring the broken sobs coming from elsewhere in the Kuno mansion, Tatewaki read the report as sanity slowly clicked into place within his mind.
"WHAT?!" Only to nearly lose it again.
Tatewaki Kuno looked at a series of pictures. Pigtailed boy - shorter pigtailed boy - tall pigtailed girl - normal pigtailed girl.
Tatewaki Kuno twitched, his stomach heaving. "Then... I have been trying to date with the foul sorcerer Saotome... I have his pictures ensonced with that of my love Akane? I... I am going to be ill."
In another part of the house, Kodachi scraped the paper and got the expected faint powder. She'd examine this useful stuff later. She felt... wonderful. It was as if her mind had been battered and filthy under layers of sludge and sewage, and now she had been raised above that and could see for the first time in her life.
That wasn't what caused her to cry. No, it several things. What Ranma had gone through. What she had herself done, not only to the "pigtailed harridan" but to everyone around her.
Kodachi turned to her chemical lab. On second thought, she would begin analysis of this substance NOW.
