A flash of light and a popping sound silences everyone present in the dojo, when everyone looked their where two girls standing in one of the few open places in the dojo. One was dressed similarly to Ranma except that she was wearing elbow length black gloves. She also had clack hair with red highlights that fell to her butt. She appeared to be around sixteen years old with a moderate bust line, Next to her stood a person who also looked sixteen years old. She was dressed in a tight red and black top with peaces sticking out of the shoulders, and what looked like a bikini bottom. Thigh high red and black boots completed the outfit. She was far less developed than the other girl, but looking into her eyes you got the feeling that she was far older than she appears. She was also wearing a cute grumpy expression. In her hand was a red and gold mirror.
“Great, back to psycho central,” the first girl said.
“And you are?” Nodoka asked.
“Aura Saotome, and this is my mother Mir,” the first girl replies gestering at the second girl.
“All right, what is going on here?” Mir asked at seeing all the teenagers around, expecially upon seeing the list where Aura’s and her name was being added.
“Five thousand yen,” Nabiki said.
“What’s a yen?” Mir replied.
The room went silent as they tried to digest the fact that she had no idea what the Japanese currency was. They were all wondering where she came from.
“Here,” Aura said as she handed Nabiki the money.
Mir raised an eyebrow at that, but let it slide so she could hear the explanation.
“The short version is this, the boy Ranma over there,” Nabiki said while gesturing at the boy in question. She continued with, “Made a wish that he knew what to do about his fiancée mess, and so a child from every potential wife appeared. Congratulations you just joined the fun.”
“How the hell is that possible?! I pretty much hate humans!” Mir shouted in shock
Aura smiled, and replied, “Well mom, you found out that is life was almost as screwed up as yours…”
Mir blinked and intelligently replied, “Huh?”
“Ask him yourself, he’s right over there,” Aura said. She then summoned what looked like a giant black mechanical dog, and sat down using it as a backrest.
“Before we continue, how did your mom get engaged to me in the first place?” Ranma asked tiredly.
“Oh that, blame ‘The Goddess of Love’ Urd. She decided that mom needed someone with a past almost as bad as hers to hook her up with. You won’t believe the number of people that are arranged becouse of her manipulating things,” Aura replied making a face similar to the one her mother had when she arrived.
“How many brothers and sisters do you have Aura?” Nodoka asked.
“One brother and three sisters,” Aura replied. “Oh, and before I forget, we come from a different dimension. I was able to replicate the Nuuban mirror though grathmelding.” Nodoka started dancing in the background as she heard this.
Ranma looked confused, and asked, “Grathmelding?”
“Not important right now. Why don’t you talk to mom a bit while I talk to grandma,” Aura answered.
