As soon as Kasumi began to attack Ranma, he decides to use the "Saotome Secret Technique". However this is Nerima, so Ranma wasn't able to run away without all the fiancees and rivals entering the new Ranma's bashing fight/chase.
However, this time, Ranma still have the great will. While being chased by the gun totting Kasumi, Ranma's mind at first becomes concerned with survival. This lead the great will to began to improve Ranma's body beyond his actual performance. So, shots, throwed bandanas, knifes, spatulas, arrows, etc ends missing their target.
Ranma's also ends up with an epiphany. Like always he wondered why he ends up in this situations, why nobody listen to him and how he could get out of that. Unlike the other times, this time he ends up with answers because of the great will.
He ends up discovering that everyone in Nerima sees him as a perfect escape goat. That they saw him as a thing, never a person. His needs and wishes are nothing before their own wishes. Family honor, promises, the honor of the school, etc, all are just excuses to use him, to tie him down with leashes. He also discovery why both Genma and Soun are so fixated in making him marry Akane. It isn't because he ends with a empty dojo, their aim are far above that...
He also ends up with several possible solutions. The most extreme one was killing everyone who are using him. However his personality doesn't allow it, and several less extreme options are disponible...
Engrossed by this thoughts, Ranma didn't note that he outrun all of his pursues a long time ago. However, as soon as possible he would try:
