Washu felt like kicking herself. After the whole mess with Kagato, it had completely slipped her mind to do a thorough scan of the records of the two resident Galaxy Police officers.
Mihoshi wasn't too much of a surprise. A long string of partners before Kiyone got stuck with her, an even larger liability ratio. The only thing Washu could think was missing was, in her conviction, labeling Mihoshi as a class A Probability Manipulator.
To her mind, it was the only thing that made any sense to her.
But Kiyone... now she was a surprise. Her records listed her as a Class C power... but Kiyone, in all her time with them, had never demonstrated any sort of power manipulation. At a Class C, she would still be the weakest non-native resident of Earth... but that still was a significant power level. So why had she never used it? This bore looking in to...

Kiyone was nervous. That was only a natural reaction to finding oneself whisked from one's bed and being strapped down on one of Washu's lab tables. "What's going on, Washu?"
"I was just looking over things and noticed a little anomaly..."
Moments later, Kiyone was blushing badly. "Aheh... well, you see, it's not something I like to use. I'd really, really rather no one even knew I had it..."
Washuu blinked. For most beings with power, using it was a natural function... not using it was like a normal human having their left arm strapped to their back. What kind of power could Kiyone have that would embarrass her to such an extent? "So... what is it?"
"Washu..."
Washu grinned. "Kiyone. Either you tell me... or I find out on my own."
Kiyone sighed in defeat. "Okay, okay... my power is..."
