That was why he was doing the same to Ranma. He had seen the martial artist/playboy drag one of his midnight fights with Ryoga into a old seldom used subway station and decided to follow. At some part during the fight that he just didn't see Ryoga had used his stone breaking technique and had somehow gotten lost in the dust and smoke soon afterword. That is when Ranma and he had noticed the strange and rather anchient tomb like area.
Wanting to stay know what this was all about but also not wanting to be seen he had crept slowly to the very entrance or the tomb area and set his portable tape recorder to full blast and record so that he could listen to anything that he missed later. And that is how he learned of the anchient moon kingdom, how only a person with a genetic pattern similar to someone from the moon kingdom could awaken the 8 remaining demon gods, and the general location of at least 3 of them.
He had quietly slipped away and had created a plan and had started it that very night. First he obtained a sample of Ranma's blood from Tofu's clinic under the false message that someone needed his imediate medical assistance (someone that owed him a dept and had called it in by making this false alarm) and said he would watch the clinic until he returned. The blood needed for the moon kingdom genetic pattern that Ranma seemed to posess. He had then sent a message to be delivered to all three of Ranma's potential fiances at exactly 6.00 the next morning, 30 min before Ranma usually got up that Ranma was in bed with another woman and had been all night. Finally he had gone to the various locations where the other demon dolls were said to be in the hopes of waiking them up and becoming their master before Ranma even had the chance.(he being to busy dealing with his fiances and all) All in all the begining of a perfect revenge and rise to godhood.
