Mercury adjusted her glasses. "She's too exhausted to emerge from the ring just now. Why are you trying to bring her forth anyway?"
"Saturn needs to train in a weapon, she's not as strong as me or Pop and can't move around so fast." Ranma looked over the weapons for something that looked "saturn-ish".
"You're looking for a weapon for Saturn?" Mercury definitely hadn't expected that response.
A thought occurred to Ranma. "Hey. I'm shorter and not as manueverable and stuff since I got turned into a girl. Maybe I should get some kinda weapon too!"
Mercury blinked then looked over the young Mistress more carefully.
Physically, a young girl of about eleven.
Mentally- oh dear.
"You're a boy?!" Mercury was both aghast and intrigued. Guys were much more fun to cuddle with. Well, that is-
Not even wondering why Mercury was blushing and shrinking in on herself, Ranma nodded. "Yeah. That Dark Witchiepoo Bungle or something hit me with a See Change attack or something. Turned Pops into a panda and me into a girl."
Mercury twitched a little. Not only were the Dark Genies active, but Beryl was apparently trying to collect them and had to have Neptune under her power. This was really bad. On the other hand the girl/boy was able to escape apparently, and had the Mars Ring and Saturn Ring in addition to her own Mercury Ring.
Ranma dismissed from consideration any of the decayed looking weapons immediately. Last thing you needed was the weapon you were using in your hands to fall apart during a fight. That left a few other things around. "Hey, this looks kinda cool!"
Mercury looked over the weapon in question and recognized what it was. "Oh that's left over from the Age Of Magic. It's:"
