Behind him was a burning harbor with destroyed vessels of all kinds military, merchant ships, and passenger liners, and rising above them all, surrounded by a forest of impaled humans still writhing, a fire warped and blood stained Statue of Liberty. New York.
He looked down realizing he was upon a multistory building. in the streets he saw soldiers in black uniforms firing towards a horde of demons, corrupt and twisted creatures of all shapes and sizes. he saw a man stumble and fall and leaped down to rescue him.
