Nabiki realized that her head really hurt and she was chin-level with the ground.

Ouch. It got really dark all of a sudden.

"Hmmmph. Pervert!" Ranma-chan declared as she twirled the mallet.

Nabiki realized she could breathe still, but otherwise the fit between her and the ground was too tight for her to move. "MMMMM!"

"You can stay there. PERVERT! Maybe you'll think better about getting all hentai and selling pictures of me." Ranma-chan dusted her hands off and stalked off. Damn pervert mercenary girl. At least neither Kasumi (who was too pure) and Akane weren't perverts!

Or were they? If one girl were a pervert...

• No. It couldn't be. Akane is too good and pure and noble to be a pervert.
• What was that old phrase? "Methinks the lady doth protest too much..."? Maybe he ought to investigate that.
