It was a marsupial! In fact it was based off an animal that had only recently gone extinct in the twentieth century, Thylacinus cynocephalus or more commonly called the Tasmanian Wolf (a.k.a. Tasmanian Tiger).
Now, Ranma was the first of his kind, the first member of the Tasmanian were-wolves. His appearance was also different from your typical were-wolf. His entire body was now covered by a coat of light brown fur, while his chest and stomach was covered by a much paler brown. His face was also covered in brown fur and he had two white stripes under his eyes, and his ears had become pointed and moved up higher on his head. Since he was a male he did not have a pouch. He was also BIG, standing at a very intimidating height of 7’6 with lots of corded muscles underneath his fur coat. Along his backside were 13-19 black stripes that ran all the way down from his shoulders to the base of his tail which was long and somewhat stiff. The fact that the transformation from human to lycanthrope also wiped away his own Jusenkyo curse was an added bonus.
Needless to say that all the girls after Ranma suddenly found themselves dry in the mouth. Ranma’s new form was definitely easy on the eyes and gave off a presence of raw animal magnetism. Even Kasumi and Nabiki were ogling the “new” Ranma. Many were indeed debating whether or not to glomp him in a huge mega-glomp to end all glomps.
This of course would have been a very bad idea at the time since Ranma’s mind was completely fubared. With his own core personality, the effects of the Neko-ken and the powerful magic of Iceron affecting him mind was a wreck. If any one attacked him he would probably be inclined to attack the first person who makes a move on him.
