Holding up his hand with the dust, Set began speaking in a language Kasumi couldn't make out, but she was making a safe guess was Egyptian. "Mister Set?"
After a few more moments, Set stopped talking. It was then Set blew into the dust sending it flying at and covering Kasumi. "Cough, cough! Oh my, your floor is dusty. Perhaps I should get a vacuum and..."
Kasumi stopped speaking. She noticed that all the snakes that were on the floor were literally crawling up her legs. She shrieked in fear as the snakes continued to slither up her and seemingly melt onto her. She continued to scream all through the ordeal until she was sealed inside a snake skin-like cacoon.
Moments passed in silence. No more than five minutes could have passed when cacoon started to crack. In a burst of light, the sack literally burst open, revealing the NEW Kasumi. She was the same overall with her figure, and face, however, there were DEFINITE changes. For one, her skin was now completely bluish-green, but still a human texture. And her hair, instead of hair, were snakes... Rather cute snakes but snakes non-the-less.
Kasumi stood, albeit rather shakilly. "W, what happened?"
Summoning up that crystal again, Set had it take on a rather reflective surface so that Kasumi could see what she had become.
"Oh my," Kasumi said as she looked over herself. She knew a bit of Greek mythology and knew exactly what she had been changed into. "I thought medusa were ugly."
"Medusssa wasss, but then again, she was cursssed, you're not. Careful about turning that gassse on and off though."
Blinking her eyes, Kasumi asked, "You mean I can actually control the gaze that turns living creatures into stone?"
"Yesss." Set answered. "That wasss part of Medusssa'sss curssse. She wasss forsssed to live in isssolation becaussse she had lossst control over her gassse."
"Oh. So what do I do now, Mister Set?" Kasumi asked
Looking at Kasumi, Set answered, "Firssst off, call me 'Massster Ssset'. Sssecond, I want you to ssstart training. Besssidesss your ssstone gassse, you have no offensssive capabilities."
"Oh, all right." Kasumi said.
"Hello Kasumi... Now, to do some 'proper' work..."
