Ukyo Kuonji was finally getting the pieces of her life put together. She had been dumped by her fiance Ranma who with his father Genma, had originally been thieves who preyed upon her father's stand.
Normally that might have caused her to reject her gender and plot revenge. But something in her focused on the fact that these two had orignally been criminals. So when she inherited some of her extremely wealth great uncle's fortune, she decided to have revenge by turning into a viligilate.
While her Father thought to move on as he now had a fortune that he could turn into a resturant franchise, Ukyo used her fortune to train herself in the various sciences. To become a master of many of the martial arts. To become a crime fighting dynamo that would destroy the Criminal underground of Tokyo.
'But what kind of creature should I become?' Ukyo thought to herself. 'Criminals are a supersticious lot. She needed to become a symbol of terror that would crush their confindence...'
That's when she saw it. A winged messenger of the night. She would become...
