His glasses gleamed as he looked over the prone forms of his 6 surviving lab assistants. 5 Daimon eggs hovered above them, before slowly merging into their host body, bodies in the case of those twins. Yes in a little while he'll have some assistants to help him.
As he leaned back to laugh Tomoe winced in pain. Damn that boy... his eyes gazed angrily through his glasses, a long burn scar marring his features. Not even Geramatou's power was able to remove the full effect of the powerful acid.
"When my minions bring him back he will pay...oh yes he will... He'll be my 'experiment' and my dear daughter will bring about the silence..." Tomoe grinned as he looked over the female form at his feet. Taking a cue from an anime Hotaru once watched he called her Rei... the blue haired body did look a bit like his wife when she was young. It should after all; part of her DNA did come from his wife’s body.
"Yes.... you'll make the perfect host for mistress nine until Hotaru returns...then you can drain her life energy into you... such a naughty girl Hotaru is, running away form her father's wishes..." Tomoe cackled madly as he lowered the glowing purple seed into the body.

Elsewhere
Ranma ran with Hotaru in his arms. Past startled people and through traffic. His instincts chose the most proper route to lose his pursuers, still they managed to hang on... he counted three of them when he last caught a glimpse.
With a snarling hiss Ranma turned a corner and ran down a dark side street. Suddenly he stopped... before him was a wall... he glanced down at the still unconscious Hotaru. If it had been just him he could have scaled it easily, but could he do it with his queen?
Ranma suddenly stiffened, as his ears twitched. Turning slowly he saw them. Vaguely female creatures, his pursuers.
"No where to run now boy...."
"Give us the girl...and we'll make your death quick..."
"You can't win..."
Ranma just hissed angrily... gently placing Hotaru tot he ground he turned tot he Daimons and took a stance. He knew it was hopeless... he was still injured from his fight with the Geramatou. However he would give it his all! If he had to die, so be it! At least he'd fall defending his queen!
"oh good..."
"We were hoping..."
"You'd choose to do this the hard way..."
With a grin the three Daimons approached slowly. Ranma snarled, trying to decide which one to hit first. Suddenly the choice was taken from him, as the rearmost Daimon screeched in sudden pain. Then she collapsed the other two whirled around to face the new assailant.
"Who the hell are you??!!!"
The succubus looked at the two children wiht hooded eyes, two young for her tastes right now. However perhaps abit of mothering might get rid of the boredom she and lillth were suffering.
Its the YYH crew tot he rescue! What? what do you mean my mom has to adopt these two for the good of the earth realm Koenma!!!
"Bah as if a human could tell us what to do!! DIE!!"
"I did warn you BURN KNUCKLE!!"
