Three minutes after Brianna revived there was a bright flash in the middle of the room, when that cleared Jetta and Thabian were in the middle of the room. Glancing about Jetta asked, "Okay, so what's the. ." She trailed off at the sight of a HUGE werecat, "Well at least I know why Gina said it would be easier to show up and find out for ourselves." Some of the people chuckled nervously especially Ranma.
There was a light thumping noise that got everyone's attention, looking at where it was coming from, they noticed that everyone who was in the regeration tanks was awake and that Theo was knocking on the glass. Brianna got up and looked at the diagnostics, "Well, none of them are at 100%, but they're good enough to get out." Pushing a few buttons, the goop, was drained out of the tubes, was quickly replaced by water, and just as quickly drained.
A few minutes later when everyone was dressed and seated Theo had to ask the question that was on the minds of those that were in the tubes, looking at his wife, he asked prefectly calmly, "Dear, just why isn't he in lock-up, or something?"
Julia sighed and looked around at the various people nodding their heads. "Well, first off, it's not entirely his fault."
Tirga scoffed, "Oh come on, Mrs. Diggers, how can it not be his fault?"
"Tirga shut up." Both Brianna and Sheila said at the same time.
Gar stated, "Do you honestly think that if he was a threat right now, he'd be walking around freely?" Everyone thought about that and nodded.
Jetta kept looking at Ranma, puzzled, she had never seen a werecat like this before, "I'll be blunt, what type of werecat are you?"
Ranma smirked and answered, "A weresmilidon, Iceron's personal bodyguard, favored child of Iceron." Even though he had his old personality back, Ranma still retained all the emories from Iceron's programming.
Jeremy scratched his head, "I thought werecheetah were?"
Ranma enlightened him, "Both the werecheetahs and the werewolves were favored by Iceron over all others."
"Oh."
Theo was wondering how he knew all of this, "Ranma, how do you know all of this?" Everyone nodded wondering the same thing.
Ranma shrugged, and tapped his head with one hand, "When I awoke, all the information about all lycanthrope races were put into my head, so that I would know what each race's basic capabilities were."
Brianna couldn't wait no more, she had to know if this guy was single or not. "So Ranma, what's your story?" More than one person blinked, they forgot to ask.
Ranma sighed, "Okay this will take a while, it started when I was five." And with that Ranma went into his life-story again revealing everything, from his life on the road and its subsuquent loneliness, the Neko-ken, 'training', Jusenkyo, fiancees, rivals, the weird things that happened in Nerima, culminating with Saffron and the failed wedding, and just how he found that box. "And then when it activated my mind was a complete mess, when I got wind of the wererats smell, I guess what-ever programming Iceron put in that thing kicked in, and then I had an urge to find, maim, kill and destroy. I traced the wererats to here and was going to kill them, but when I saw how scared they were, it snapped me out of it."
Reactions were about the same, even for those that heard it the first time, it was still very bad. Sheila renewed her promise to make a new panda-skin rug punish that fat bastard and those horrible girls from Nerima. Brianna was thinking of sending an army of Peebos to Nerima, just to blow certain people up. Amazingly Asrail, Gina, and Arnie were thinking the same thing. The rats shivered, even though they heard it the first time, a pit of cats, brr. Theo was thinking of punishing certain people for improper use of magic. Oloni, Raphiel, Thropan, Jetta, and Thabian were awed that he had survived so much, especially that phoenix. Julia was thinking of ways to punish that mother-$%&@ing, child abusing idiot. Gar, Mimi, and Ichikoo wanted to go to Nerima and take care of a few idiots. Britanny, Strype, Genn and Seance felt sorry for Ranma, to go through that much, and be the way he was, it was nothing short of a miracle that he survived. Luan and Carla lost a lot of their fear during that story, they found out that the weresmilidon wasn't evil at all, but rather a nice guy.
Julia then informed everyone of her intentions, "We're going to let Ranma stay here for a while, so that he doesn't have a relapse of what happened." Everyone nodded, even if they didn't like it, to go against Julia would be suicide. "The rats will also stay so we can keep an eye on them."
"Like Mrs. Diggers, you don't have to anymore."
"You are staying and THAT'S FINAL!!"
All three eeped. "Yes ma'am," they said at the same time.
Julia nodded, "Good, now the Edge Guard will spend the night here to recover before returning to Jade to fill everyone in on the situation. Jetta, would you and Thabian like to stay for dinner?"
Jetta blinked Julia sure could change subjects fast if she wanted to. "Sure, we would love to, Sanders is watching the kids for tonight."
Suddenly a Hurt-bot's voice came into the room. "Misstress Gina, we have caught five suspictious characters, two are knocked out and we are bringing them to you."
Gina answered them, "Alright, hurry up bring them to the med-lab, everyone's down here right now anyways."
"Understood."
