Sheila Silvear smiled down at Ranma. "Of course I'd meet you here. Where else would we go, silly?"
Ranma blushed and nodded his head. Of course she'd be here. The condo they had shared ownership over in this complex was their little hide-away from prying eyes. It was a place they could be together without worry of their normal lives. And a place Sheila could safely go to be 'herself' in this city.
Not wanting to waste anymore time, both Ranma and Sheila ran into the building, both wanting to have some 'fun'. They had both sound solace in each other that they couldn't get anyplace else. Where Ranma had the problems with Fiancees, rivals, and constantly being used by those around him, Sheila had almost the exact opposite problem. Where Ranma's problems came from being he was the center of attention, Sheila was more than often not even on the edge of ths spot-light. She had a birth-defect which made her different from others like her. She was a Lycanthrope. And no, that was not her problem. Her problem was her strength and build were in her human form, leaving her hybrid form to be rather childish and cute.
Still, Ranma didn't see anything wrong with that. Sure, when they had first met by accident, as both were trying to get away from their daily lives and had gone on a training trip, Ranma was more than scared of her. However, as he got to be around such a nice, caring werejaguar, he actually felt more control of himself.
They had formed a friendship, and Sheila had gone to Earth during her vacations and she secretly met with Ranma so they could spend Sheila's free-time just being with one another.
Of course, it had started out as a friendship. Neither one of them had meant for it to go much further. Sheila was glad she had someone she could spend her time on earth with, besides the Diggers, and Ranma was thankful that she gave Ranma some place to hide-away from his troubles. And best of all, they were ture friends to one another.
Of course, things chaged as time went on. Ranma become more observant of his lesbianistic fiancees and their trysts, taking offense to the fact that he was being used as a decoy, a red herring. They were perpously making him the center of attention, and making him look like a bad guy, so that they could have their fun and no one wouldd be the wiser. Sheila had her own guy troubles as well. She couldn't get a date if her life depended on it, and the only guy that showed remote interest in her was a rather perverted weretiger who was a known Playboy.
So, it really was no surprise on either part when they took their friendship to a new level. After months of talking and getting to know one another, they trusted each other without second-thought. They could truly appreciate one another.
Ranma smirked as they reached the fifth floor and stood outside the door of their condo. Ranma was still surprised when Sheila paid for it in gold, but hey, they had the rent fully paid for five years. "So Sheila, what shall we do first this time?"
Sheila smiled as she opened the door. "Well, Ranma, I was thinking..."
