Genma was looking through the collection of D.N.A. when the alarm when off. Seeing that he didn't have much time, he stole a disc that contained the most interesting experiments of a Dr. Jookiba, which had arrived through a time hole.
Later, at the Lab...
Genma had scanned through the 627 experiments. Many were meant as powerful devices of destruction. Taking that DNA, he merged it into his project. His son, Ranma. With all of these powers, he would be a fighting machine. Plus the programming would aid in his martial arts training. He would be come a force of power.
Using some adjustment of his machine he mixed the D.N.A. of the experiments and his son. He also kept some of the alien concoction in case he needed a second child or a counter force for his son.
Sixteen Years Later...
In Hawaii, two devices when off as a new experiment was detected.
Experiment G-001.
