"That's good," commented the pigtailed boy.
"So, will you be going to get your friends?"
"Nah. I figure that I will be able ta call them all."
"Would you like to use a pay phone?"
"Ya got one here?"
"Why yes. Just over there."
"Thanks. Be right back."
The hostess smiled. More customers meant more business, and that wouldn't hurt a bit. Besides, it might be fun to see some new faces.
Twenty minutes later, Naoko's smile was a tiny bit strained.
"So Saotome, pretty posh place you brought us to," commented Yusuke Urameshi.
"I think much better than the places we usually meet," observed Makoto Kino.
Ranma shrugged. "I figured that this would be a bit better than slippin' into some beef bowl place."
"Hey, I ain't complaining," replied a grinning Yusuke, "Besides, it looks like Mako-chan's filled out in all the right places..."
The brunette smirked at him. "Keep your mouth shut, or I'll go tell Keiko what you've been saying."
"You wouldn't."
"Try me."
"Will this be all your friends?" asked Naoko.
"Dunno," answered Ranma, "There might be a couple more Troublemakers around."
"'Troublemakers'?"
"Yeah," put in Yusuke, "It's what we were called before we left to go to different schools way back when. The teachers kept on calling us that, so it sort of stuck."
"I see..." said the hostess as:
