THIS time, we break into something discontinued and shared-between-Creators when it was active.
You know how Nerima is, twisted Martial arts and magic all over the place, yet they act like it's normal.
Thank the Takisians, compared to their mess, everyone's madness is quite sane, even now, years and years after Jetboy and the Gene Bomb.
In This Version, the Blimp wasn't knocked quite as low, and was also more easternly thanks to the final events of Jetboy's Last Adventure.
The Wild Card did affect New York as per canon, as the Jet wasn't dislodged tillthe bomb went off, saturating it with Wild Card viral capsules even as the craft dispersed and fell onto Manhattan.
The real change is that more of the Virals got across the Atlantic, Hitting not just a cruise ship and Manhattan, but most of the major ports in Europe and the major currents of the ocean as well.
This resulted, as Tachyon would later report, in a initial outbreak across the entire Western Civilisation, and a guarantee that in time, the oceans than gave Earth life would give Man the Wild Card, in most any fish product.
Most counties denied this, or tried whimsical ways to bar it until things were well-entrenched, then they just went on.
Jokertown wasn't exactly alone if you follow, and the WHO tour was larger and even more tumultuous, a perfect target for Genma Saotome. When the second woman Fortunato had slept with in those days had given birth, Genma stole away the baby, replacing it with the not-unattractive, but obviously Joker baby he'd spawned off his 'tainted' wife (Genma has NO grasp of Mendel and recessives, he's not that educated, people!).
In the face of people actually gaining powers and maybe becoming monsters, the always-otaku-prone Japanese had adapted, as always. Thus, odd colorations of hair or eyes was either the norm or useful fashion, by dint of cocntacts and haircare products.
Thus it was that in screwing his 'Mother', Ranma Saotome disturbed the slumber of his 'hidden ace' as the wildcarder lingo puts it.
She was truly his creature now, broken in every way, and not at all suffering for it, if anything, she was, sickening as it may sound, vindicated in her mind's subjugation.
Ranma was sensing this, and wondering if the Ram's Horns he 'saw' emerging from his swollen forehead thru her vision was hallucination, or real.
He was reeling, his whole past was becoming clear, his education taken in this time, day by day in a instant, EVERYTHING he ever overlooked or ignored learned in a searing blast of potential realised.
Even as he instinctively intromitted most all his seed a second time, feeling a bit weaker but more bound from the two or three drops in his woman, NOT his Mother, as he's learning, Ranma plans..
