Red Wolf: Red Wolf [Episode 39368]

As Ranma left the shop, she barely felt reality shifting about her.

Barely felt it, but was vastly affected by it. Especially as she noted the stares her direction and quickly disappeared to embarrassedly return to human form.

"What was I doing going around like that?" she asked.

The wizard smiled as his latest customer left the shop. Unlike some of his peers, he was not given to malicious gamecraft, or destructive means of facing an evil.

Until said customer had walked into his shop, the Ranma of this particular universe had been slated to be the center of some bad stuff, starting when his erstwhile fiancee discovered the true identity of her pet-pig.

What would follow would have been the accidental death of that pig, who would revert to his born form soon after death. Then the death would have been blamed on Ranma, who would end up causing the death of several police officers by way of neko-ken. He would break out of jail with the help of his fiancee's sister and end up in a fight with Akane that ended in her death. And it would escalate from there, ultimately ending in Ranma dying, forgotten, of malnutrition in some ratty prison cell in one of the third world countries and pretty much all of the Nerima Wrecking Crew left along the wayside in various bloody or tragic ways.

Of course, even now, there was no guarantee her life would be happy. But at least it would be different.

And as red werewolf, she still had access to all the adventure that she reluctantly enjoyed in her first life.

Indeed, that was almost certain to bring adventure her way.

The red werewolves were an experimentation of Iceron's sometime after the dire wolves he preferred using had died out. The wizard felt that the smaller, though still busty frame was much more in character for the red-head than a tall strong werewolf woman.

The red werewolves weren't especially strong or fast, nor were they especially stealthy. They did have a great handle on using their were-soul for other purposes. Chi mages, martial artists, magicians, witches, aura mages, healers, priests and other such professions appealed well to the smaller weres.
