Sheesh what a wimp, so what if he just got transformed into a cat? Thought Nabiki as she went to her room to make a call.
Nabiki enters her room and promptly closes the door behind her. She makes sure to lock it and when she does she lets her ice queen image drop.
"Poor Ranma-kun I gotta help her... for a small fee of course." She chuckles at her personal joke. She reaches behind her desk in a secret compartment and takes out a little black book. She skims through it while thinkin about what to do.
"Ahh there it is." She says with glee as she finds what she is looking for. She searches again but this time below her mattress and gets a cell phone.
*Riiiiiing* The phone rings only one time before it is answered. "Yeah what is it?" Says a gruff voice at the other line.
"Yeah and good morning to you too." She answers back with just a slight hint of venom in her voice. "Hey can you do me a favor?"
Nabiki waits impatiently for the other side to answer her simple question.
"How much is the pay this time?" Ah right to the point as allways, thinks Nabiki to herself as she rolls the numbers around in her head. "10,000 yen if you can do two simple things."
"I`m listening."
"First find out who it is that put the new curse on the Saotome boy."
"Another curse, what is that kid a trouble magnet?" Answers the voice with an exasperated tone.
"Just do it."
"Fine, and what is the other thing?"
"Find and get the cure without getting caught."
"I never get caught." Boasts the voice in an even more confident tone than anything Ranma can achieve. Nabiki sweatdrops as she can imagine the guy on the other side of the phone striking a pose and smirking.
"yeah just make sure you don`t."
Nabiki hangs up the phone without waiting for a reply. She then hides her cellphone and little black book in their hiding places. After she makes sure everything is in its proper place she unlocks her room and returns to where she left Ranma the cat and Akane alone...
And she finds that they haven`t moved while she was busy. "Hey i`m back."
"Oh Nabiki find out anything?" Ranma asks as she stops screaming and crying abruptly.
"Well..."
