Ranma's Wish: POOF! Things get strange. [Episode 3971]

Ranma looked around, the only part of the scene still in color and moving, and knew something BAD was about to hit the fan. "Awwww. Crap."

A holographic screen popped up out of nowhere. Ranma knew enough English (time spent on his training journey had included a stopover on a Marine base in Okinawa where he had learned the dreaded Semper Fi Fu) that he could decipher it.

Wish registered.
First check complete. Wish benefits other individuals than wishmaker - True.
Second check complete. Wish within power/scope of wishgranting agency - False.
Wish being forwarded to secondary agency.

Goddess Helpline - Denied. Wishmaker is insufficiently pure of heart.
Earth Assistance Hotline - Denied. Wishmaker's karma insufficiently in positive state.
Rival Relief Office - Not Consulted. Insufficient Power.
Department Of Cosmic Irony & Divine Justice - Consulting. Registering Wish. 2,344 calls ahead in queue.
Toltiir's Cosmic Pranks Agency - Consulting. Registering Wish.

"I gotta wish, a real wish, and it COULD have been for a cure?" asked Ranma. "Why? Why me?"

Wish successfully transferred.
Working. Passcheck complete. Retroactivity enabled. Retcon beginning.
Setting insertion timeframe to 4/3/1992, Western Calendar. Original timepoint - arrival at Tendo home.

Things blurred around Ranma and when it stopped he noticed he was standing on a street corner with his father, raindrops hanging in the air just above their heads. "Aw hell, THIS day again?"

Method of wish enablement selected.
Wish is for individuals under listfile 'girlfriends/fiancees/harem of Ranma Saotome' to 'get along better'.

Ranma winced. "This can't turn out well."

Sure enough, the next thing to show up on the screen told him that the girls would get along better. The reason being that:

• all the girls get along. They get along real well. They should as they're all friends and magical teammates.
• all the girls get along, they grew up together and have been friends for years... what?!
• all the girls get along, after all, none of them are interested in Ranma.
• all the girls get along a little better, since they're all aliens and some of them have some really weird customs. Oh well, that's okay then. Huh?
• they all get along much better now that Ranma's dead a year after he arrived in 1989?!. Except he's right there. Except that everyone remembers Ranma dying, so this can't really be Ranma can it?
• something else
