Keiichi woke up slowly with a huge headache. He remembered something about a party the night before, and for once he'd had no reason to abstain from the festivities. Considering his headache, however, he probably felt he should have. He slowly began to take stock of his surroundings and...

He was trapped between heaven and hell. Belldandy sleeping serenely on one side and Mara in a troubled sleep on the other side.
Skuld was leaning over him with a hostile expression.
"Wow, I didn't think you had it in you," Urd said smirking.
"Oh, good morning, Keiichi," Belldandy said as she passed his room. "Breakfast will be ready soon."
The telephone was blaring right into his ear, how could he have missed that before?
...froze upon seeing what was before him.
