• Taskmaster. a character that would surely notice the Young Ranma's talent for learning techniques, and see a kindred soul.. then get him away for his own teachings at any cost.
• Slade Wilson. Considering his skills, adopting Ranma after his son died, while saving the soul of Deathstroke the Terminator, assured that THIS son would be raised to be as unstoppable as is BEYOND humanly possible.
• Victor Creed. After what happened with Graydon, no Way was Sabretooth going to let a second chance at fatherhood lead to that again! He raised his new son to truly see and respect the world, but always be ready to fight to the death.
• Raiden. Being raised by a Elder God for eventual participation in Mortal Kombat generally means whatever potential you have--you obtain.
• Victoria Celes. Of course, being taken in by her means being raised somewhat by Alucard..
