They were prepared to declare their superiority over anything they found, due to their ability to fly and relation to Saffron. Except that Saffron might be their god-emperor, but he was also a brat. Whereas this intruder looked related to Saffron. He had the golden-white wings, he was glowing, and there seemed something somehow holy about him.
Kiima shook off the effect and decided to challenge him. "You! Intruder. Declare your intentions."
Ranma hadn't figured out any language translation abilities that might exist in this form. He heard someone speaking in Chinese and responded that he didn't speak it.
Kiima blinked. Was there a tribe of Japanese bird people? They were flying over Jusenkyo but she knew darn well that there was no Spring Of Drowned Phoenix-god.
There was something incredibly attractive about this male that made her want to invite him to her roost and spend the night and day in sensual pleasure, but she was strong willed and disciplined.
Switching to Japanese she tried. "This airspace is of Phoenix Mountain. You'll have to land."
Ranma shrugged. "Fine."
Kiima slumped a little, disappointed that it was going to be that easy.
"Gotta catch me first." (Zoom!)
Kiima's eye's bugged momentarily at the intruder's speed, reinforcing the idea that she was facing some foreign Saffron.
