Shampoo had ended up happily married - and not to a martial artist! She'd instead wound up with a frequent customer who respected her skills, and the two had moved off to Wakayama to open a restaurant there and raise Japanese Amazons.
Akane had gone to college, met a guy there, and likewise settled down - though she'd had two adventures in the process. Or should that be misadventures?
Nabiki ended up marrying her shift manager at McDonald's - her tendency to borrow Yakuza tactics aggravating the local Yakuza until a confrontation where she'd seen the very real possibility of herself at the bottom of Tokyo Bay in the near future. She settled down a lot after that.
And so on it went. With one exception.
Minako Aino, aka Sailor Venus. Cursed (AN: yes it's canon - in "Code Name Wa Sailor V") by a lover from a previous life by the name of Danburite. Cursed with his dying breath that she never find love so that she never had to choose between love and duty.
He was sufficiently chaotic, stubborn, and capable that he could overturn the obstacles that the curse would throw in his way. It wouldn't be easy, but what in his life was easy?
He knew where to find her as a result of seeing her future, she was:
