Spells R Us? Nah, it reminded him of that Cursed Antique Store.
Furries 4 U? Nah, they had enough problems with panda hairballs. Besides, Ranma vaguely remembered rescuing a puppy years and years ago. He had wanted a little friend and companion and here had been some puppy abandoned in an alley. He still suspected that the pile of bones and the "fresh meat" that Genma had been finishing off- indication that his little furry friend had been eaten by his father prior to his return from school.
Which was another reason that Ranma didn't exactly form close friendships. Intellectually he knew darn well that his father wouldn't do something like that anymore. Not when there were better sources of food available anyway. Emotionally, on a subconscious level, that was another thing.
Needful Things? Nope. Just looking in the window gave him the creeps.
Ranma smiled as he spotted a place he hadn't seen before. This looked promising!
